This book. Oh man. I seriously don't know how Sam Mariano does it every single time! She makes me feel so much when reading her books. I go from feeling one emotion on one end of the spectrum and then a minute later I'm feeling the complete opposite, and I don't know how I made the switch so fast. I love the crazy ride she takes me on when I read her books.

Even though Entrapment takes place during a period of time from Accidental Witness, this does not in any way feel like a retelling of that book. Readers will finally get to see things from Mateo's POV, and I hope it clears things up for the ones that were confused or still holding on to false beliefs.

I wish Sam Mariano would write all of the books from Mateo's POV!!

In this book you get to see the man behind the mask. It was fascinating to see Mateo fall for Mia, he couldn’t stop himself. Love cannot be controlled, not even by Mateo.
This collection of deleted scenes from The Morelli Family series provided an interesting insight into the headspace of several family members.

I’d love to read the series again, including each of the deleted scenes as they occurred.
I have been waiting for this book for what seems like forever. I love the insight to Mateo's feelings and thoughts. It's heartbreaking at times and I have to remind myself that it all works out in the end. I can't wait for more of Sam Mariano's writing.
Mateo is a man that leaves nothing to chance and in this book all is revealed!
Liked it but didn't love it
I thoroughly enjoyed Mateo’s POV!! Loved the insight into his calculating yet brilliant character. More than that, I loved how much he loves Mia and how he expresses it. He’s a very loving and devoted monster for sure!
I wanted Mateo's POV for those days with Mia SO BADLY...
And now?

*Soooooo* good. He's both WORSE and HOTTER and yet... more... honorable than I even expected. I shouldn't be surprised. This series has been the recipe for conflicted, tangled emotions from the very first. I loved this. Now I want to go back and read Accidental Witness side-by-side with this one so I can sigh dreamily and compare.
